First there was Pete Doherty...
On 16th January 2005, Pete Doherty sang What Katie Did at Kate's 31st birthday party, and the two fell for each other instantly. After all the scandals, rows, ultimatums and stints in rehab, KatPee split for good in 2007...and Kate soon found herself another rock-star lover in the form of Kills guitarist Jamie Hince.    

Scandal
Pete and Kate were the enfants terribles of the tabloid press after Kate's cocaine scandal back in 2006. After Kate was photographed snorting cocaine at a recording studio in London, she lost lucrative modelling contracts, ended her relationship with Doherty, went into rehab in the US and disappeared from the public eye. It looked as if her stellar career was all but over, but a stint in rehab and a Roberto Cavalli ad later, Kate's star was back in the ascendant...but her relationship with Pete fizzled out. Then she met Jamie, a clean-living vegan rocker whose worst vice is chain-smoking. Match made in heaven? 

Jamie Hince: Mr Nice Guy?
Kate just loves her rockers: they share her rebellious streak, love of partying, gigs, festivals and the whole rock'n'roll thang. With Jamie, she has all the glamour without the dark side. Rumour has it that Jamie has tamed Kate's wild ways and they plan to get hitched and have a baby, to give little Lila Grace a sibling...
