The new spokesmodel for Lancôme's Magnifique perfume had a big year. Bride Wars star Anne stole the limelight from fellow brunettes Penelope Cruz and Julia Roberts with her style as well as her acting talent. 

This stripy dress is set off beautifully with a scarf tied around her waist. Understated but elegant navy suits Anne's fair-skinned, striking beauty to perfection and makes her look more sophisticated than plain black would do.
