Volume was a post-war trend in the Fifties: with rationing finally over, the famous Dior postwar look experimented with luxurious volume. It was also a post-punk trend in the Eighties.

The fabric moves with you and exaggerates your movements, so it's not only very feminine, it can also be downright show-stopping! It's a look to enjoy - after all, fashion and fun don't often mix!
