the shorter your LBD, the better it will go with knee-high or even thigh boots. However, you really need to be tall to carry off thigh boots, so if you're vertically-challenged stick to knee-highs. Skin-tight boots and riding boots are really big this season.

Black shoes will give you a classic look, while red or white ones will show off your pins to perfection.
