Salmon blinis

Serves 6 
Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 5 min  
 
Ingredients:
for the batter
200g wholemeal flour
150g buckwheat flour
75cl milk
3 eggs
25g yeast
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp sugar
100g melted butter  
 
6 slices smoked salmon
Philadelphia to garnish
chives
few sprigs dill
