Ingredients:
Pastry:
220g flour
100g butter + 20g for cooking
1 natural yoghurt
1 egg yolk
Salt and freshly-ground pepper

Filling:
200g fromage frais
100g grated beaufort
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
nutmeg
salt and freshly-ground pepper
