Ingredients:
Pastry: 
225g flour
110g melted butter
90g brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1 pinch of salt
Filling:
8 pears
70g brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg
