Cooking time: 25 min
Set aside: 30 min
Refrigeration: 7 h 

Ingredients
Custard:
½ litre milk
½ vanilla pod
6 eggs
50g castor sugar
50g flower or acacia honey
100ml liquid UHT crème fraîche 

Topping:
250g cherries
25 g castor sugar
2 tbsp cherry brandy (kirsch)
50g non salted shelled pistachios
Neutral-tasting oil
