Serves 4

Preparation
Heat 400ml red wine, the juice of an orange, 1 pinch of cinammon, 1 tbsp Canderel and pour over pieces of chopped mixed fruit of your choice (orange, lemon, apples, peaches etc). Leave to marinade overnight.
Serve chilled.
