 - Quick and easy Chinese cuisine

Fancy a Chinese? Forget the local take-away: why not try your hand at Oriental cuisine?

With a few basic ingredients, cooking Chinese is quick, easy and delicious...and what better occasion than the Chinese New Year to dig out your bowls and chopsticks?

For your main course, choose from sautéed beef, chicken chop suey or noodles and to round off your meal (even though the Chinese usually prefer fruit for dessert!), quick coconut balls or banana fritters make tasty treats.
