Red, black and blue grapes

Cardinal: A big round red-purple grape with a thick skin. The fruit is firm, sweet and juicy.  

Ribier or Alphonse Lavallee: A big black round grape with a thick skin. The fruit is firm, fleshy and juicy, and is great in cakes and pastries.

Hamburg : A high-quality blue-black Muscat wine grape with a longer shape, a fine skin and a sweet taste. They shouldn’t be cooked for too long, but go well with duck, red meat and game.   

Lival : A big, slightly longer-shaped or spherical grape with a lovely even black-blue colour and a firm inside.    

Concord : A blue North American grape with seeds.   

Flame, Delaware orRuby : A red North American grape with seeds.
