Milk chocolate

Sweet, creamy milk chocolate is made of powdered milk, sugar, flavourings such as vanilla, cocoa butter and cocoa solids. 

It is either made on its own or with nuts or biscuity bits, but can't be used in cooking because the milk would burn.
