White chocolate

White chocolate is not 'real' chocolate in the eyes of many chocolate makers, because it's made of cocoa butter, milk concentrate, powdered milk, sugar and vanilla essence.

White chocolate is a bit marmitesque: you either love it or you hate it. Those who love it eat it on its own, but it's also used in and on cakes and pastries.
