After your body has weaned itself off nicotine and started to detox, you still need to keep making just as much effort and willpower going and maintain good habits - especially as far as your weight is concerned, because it can be easy to trick yourself into smoking again to stay thin when you've not even put any weight on! Don't give in - you've come a long way and it would be a crying shame to let all your hard work go to waste! Carry on avoiding triggers, keep an eye on your weight, stay positive and focused!
