There's a real market for anything light, healthy, low-sugar, low-fat and low-calorie -  and the manufacturers know it!

But it's not only people looking to lose weight who buy them. We've all been tempted by 'healthier' versions of anything from butter to ready-meals, especially if, as it says on the packet, they taste the same and are better for you.

But they're not always better for you and not always good for your eating habits...
