Abdominal fat is one of the most difficult types to shift, but it can be done. You need to reinforce your muscles by doing sport, targeted exercises and eating a healthy diet.   

When you're doing ab exercises, concentrate hard and do them slowly. Regular ab work will reduce the diameter around your abdomen and also improve your back posture.

Good sports: Any that engage your abs. Horse-riding, swimming, gymnastics and any kind of fitness work are all good.

Every little helps:
-
Eat slowly and chew your food properly. 
-Hold yourself upright with your stomach pulled in as much as you can.
-Don't wear clothes that squeeze your tummy.
-When exercising, breathe deeply into your stomach.
