The bum muscles are the biggest in the human body, which is why they tend to go south quite easily.

How to keep them firm. Regularly working your bum muscles will sculpt, shape and lift your derrière. It's easy to do, it just requires a bit of effort! 

Good sports: Aquaerobics, walking, running, gym.

Every little helps! 
-
Take the stairs instead of the lift and go up 2 by 2
-Take big steps when you walk
-Squeeze your bum muscles as often as possible
-Give them a bit of a pep with a cold blast in the shower
