Your thighs need to be trim and toned if you're going to look your best in skirts and shorts! Concentrate on exercise that will tone and sculpt your legs rather than beef them up with muscle.

Good sports: Swimming, dancing, walking, running, cycling.

Every litle helps!
- At the end of your shower, hose your legs down with a burst of cold water
- Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day
- Avoid wearing heels and tight trousers
- Don't sit down for long periods
- Sleep with your legs slightly raised
- Stay away from the sun and hot weather conditions
