The chest is composed of fatty tissue and the breasts are only supported by very fragile ligaments. Thanks to their weight and other factors, they can easily lose tone. The ligaments become slack or even broken, and what with the passing of the years, it can all lead to a lot of sagging!

You need to tone the pectoral muscles that lie just beneath your breasts. An added bonus is that through targeted exercise you'll also tighten the skin around your armpits, which can often become loose.

Good sports: boxing, tennis, swimming, climbing, sailing.

- Work your neck muscles by grimacing (when you're in the mood)
- Always wear a bra that fits properly
- Don't expose your breats to the sun too much
