It’s been proven by experts that several well-balanced small meals throughout the day are best if you are keeping an eye on your figure.  After we eat, our bodies use up energy digesting our food, so by spreading out the day’s food, we’ll be less likely to have cravings and gobble our food, which can lead to digestive problems.  Mini-meals are the way to go!
