Very trendy at the moment, but be careful which one you pick.  Some contain sweeteners, or even worse, sugar itself which will do nothing for your health.  The result is the same as with ‘diet’ fizzy drinks, your taste buds get more used to sweet chemicals and you develop cravings for sugar-heavy snacks.  Make sure you read the labels and pick unsweetened waters with natural flavouring, which will fill you up and hydrate your body.
