You should never launch yourself head on into an exercise programme without knowing your level first. The better toned your abdominals are, the easier you'll find the exercises and the more intense your work-out will need to be.
On the other hand, if you struggle with the test you need to take things gently so that you don't get aches, pains and backache. Up your reps gradually as you progress.
