Wear proper tennis shoes

Nike Zoom TI - Wear proper tennis shoes
Nike Zoom TI

During a game of tennis you're constantly running, jumping, changing direction and doing chasse steps all over the court. The aim is to wrong-foot your partner, so your feet take a battering and you need to protect them against serious injuries by wearing proper tennis shoes (with solid sides, shock absorbers and a robust tongue).

Choose your shoes according to the style of your game and the surface you play on most often. Different shoes are used on different surfaces: smooth soles for indoor courts, shoes that grip well for grass courts and very durable shoes for hard surfaces.
