Detox is a bit of a mini challenge you set yourself, which is why it's important to choose the right moment to bite the bullet. At the onset of spring, in summer or autumn we need less food than we do in winter, and we tend to eat lighter food, so these are the best times to detox. Don't forget that the changes you impose on your body during detox will leave you tired and vulnerable to headaches, dizziness or faints, so it's best to organise your detox (or at least the beginning) for a weekend or during your holidays, and avoid detoxing at times when you're going to need lots of physical and mental strength.
