Food
Day 1: Green vegetable soup, green vegetable stock, fruit/herbal tea, and water (as much as you want).
Day 2: Vegetables cooked in stock, fruit/herbal tea, water (as much as you want), 2 or three low-fat sugarfree yoghurts and one piece of fruit (eg apple, kiwi or grapefruit).
Lifestyle
Rest and fresh air! Siestas and gentle walks are on your agenda. Let your body flush out toxins gently and recover from whatever you've been doing to it!
