Preparation and cooking time: 8 min
Ingredients: 60g wholewheat spaghetti, 100g chopped ham, 5 button mushrooms, 2 heaped tbsp 8% fat cream, pepper
Cook the pasta al dente (according to the instructions on the packet and no longer!).
Meanwhile, brown the ham in a non-stick pan. Rinse the mushrooms quickly, dry them well and cut them into thin slices. Set the ham aside on a plate then throw the mushrooms into your pan and heat them until all their water has been evaporated.
Drain the pasta and mix in the cream, mushrooms and ham. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
