Suncream at the ready!
Beware refreshing breezes - they can be deceiving. It's important to keep yourself hydrated, wear sunglasses and cover yourself with high SPF suncream, paying particular attention to the shoulders, nose, chest and ears. Otherwise you're guaranteed to roast - and lobster on the beach just isn't cool!
