- Diet fizz
Good reduced-sugar pop contains between 0 and 2 calories per glass. Go on, have another!
- Vegetable juice
Tomato, carrot and mixed vegetable juices contain hardly any sugar and they're very low in calories (around 20 Kcal per 100ml). They also provide you with a variety of vitamins, minerals and fibre...so get your juicer out.
- Wine
As long as it's not too strong (around 12%), a glass of red, white and even a glass of champers contains only 80 calories, which is reasonable as long as you stick to just the one or two...
- Smoothies
Fresh puréed fruit and fresh fruit juice simply can't be bad for you! Smoothies are really healthy, containing only 50 Kcal per 100ml on average, along with lots of vitamins and minerals. They're also thick and rich in fibre, so they fill you up fast.
