Smoothies are ideal for kids' snacks and lunchboxes - they take seconds to make and you can get the kids involved in whizzing up their favourite fruit! It's a great way to help them get their 5 a day. This recipe also make great frozen lollies – simply pour into clean lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
Serves 2
Preparation time: 3 minutes
You need: 1 small banana, 5 roughly chopped strawberries, washed and topped, 1 pot of strawberry Munch Bunch fromage frais or yoghurt and 150ml milk.
Throw everything into a blender and whiz until thick and smooth. Pour into 2 glasses or into your lunchbox flask. Keep chilled.
