For 2: 4 Mexican tortillas, 8 slices smoked turkey breast, ½ cucumber, ½ tin beansprouts, 60g grated cheddar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp pine nuts, 3 tbsp 20% fat fromage frais, 1tbsp mixed herbs for salad.
Contains 465 kcal, 27g protein, 17g fat, 51g carbohydrate
-Lay out the beansprouts in soy sauce, grilled pine nuts, cucumber in long slices, grated cheese and fromage frais with herbs in little bowls.
-Place the slices of turkey on a small plate.
-Heat the tortillas in the microwave, following instructions on the pack.
-Roll the turkey and whatever garnish you like into wraps.
Tip: You could also finish off with a fresh fruit wrap to end your meal on a healthy note.
