When it's hot, our appetites are weaker and we stay leaner by eating seasonal fresh fruit, veg and summery salads. Unfortunately, when colder weather sets in it can be a different story: when it's cold outside, the very thought of exercise makes you want to lie down, and you're struggling to juggle work, family and all your commitments, the temptation is to comfort eat.
So now's the time to make a few resolutions and kick-start healthy eating in preparation for the colder months ahead. Want to retain your summer silhouette? You know the score: get a balanced diet, get enough exercise, and don't forget to pamper yourself.
