In hot weather, we have less appetite and it's easy to keep yourself that little bit leaner with fresh fruit, veg and salads. Unfortunately, when colder weather sets in it can be a different story: when you're back at work and overloaded, the very thought of exercise makes you want to lie down, and you're struggling for work-life-family balance, the temptation is to comfort eat.
So now's the time to make a few resolutions and kick-start healthy eating in preparation for winter. Want to sticking to your summer silhouette? You know the score: eat a balanced diet, get enough exercise, and don't forget to pamper yourself.
