-Exfoliate. It's vital for getting rid of dead cells and giving your skin a healthy, radint glow. Get the salon treatment once a month and exfoliate once or twice a week at home.
-Moisturise. Our skin suffers under the summer sun and come autumn, it needs nourishment if it's going to stay soft and elastic. After your shower, smother yourself in moisturising cream and/or firming cream to keep your skin soft and toned.
-Prolong your tan by using self-tanning moisturisers that contain just enough fake tan to give you a healthy glow. (See our special on prolonging your tan!).
-Get a massage at your beauty salon, health centre or spa. Massage busts the stress that can cause unhealthy eating and also helps you be at one with your body.
-Supplement your diet if you need to, to help you get through the colder months ahead unscathed (Vitamin C, slimming supplements, etc).
