After a month of dieting, you should be pleased with the results, but now comes the hard part, keeping it off.  Try to find the right balance between the energy you use and the calories you consume and the best way to do this is to eat a little bit of everything, at regular intervals.  If you find this difficult, remember how disappointing it would be to see all your hard work go to waste!
