Exercise: Getting the Most Out of Your Diet

We all know that eating properly is just one way of staying slim.  To lose weight and tone up for good, you also need to burn a few calories for a strong, healthy body.  Choose whatever physical exercise you like, whether it’s 10 mile-long bike rides or taking the dog for a walk, but make sure that you do it regularly.  Alternate weight-bearing or stretching exercise with cardiovascular for best results.
