The following contain fewer than 100 calories per 100g:

> Dairy produce: fat-free yoghurt (natural or sweetened with sweetener, not sugar), low-fat or fat-free fromage frais and other yoghurt products containing a maximum of 20% fat.
> Meat: tenderloin of pork fillet, lean ham, lean beef (roast beef and 5% fat mince), veal fillet, offal.
> Fish: white fish, plain tuna, seafood.
> Fruit and vegetables: All types.
> Drinks: water, reduced-sugar fizz, herbal tea, vegetable juice.
> Ready-to-eat foods: vegetable soup and purée.
