"OK if you've got the time to have a proper meal in the morning and at lunch, which realistically is tough. This plan is also great if you tend not to snack a lot in the evening. Having a light evening meal also helps some people sleep."

"Not so good if you eat with your family in the evening and/or if you eat your lunch on the go. A light dinner won't leave you full and could male your blood sugar levels drop overnight. Having a light evening meal won't make you thin: it's your overall calorie consumption throughout the day and over time that makes you gain or lose weight."
