Sleep, room temperature, window

Sleep, room temperature, window

Don't overheat your room: keep the temperature between 16 and 18°C.
This will stop you from waking up in the night. Stick your nose out in the air and keep your body snuggled up warm under the covers. Don't leave the window open to avoid changes in room temperature during the course of the night, but make sure you air your room every day to let fresh air in.
