I work hard. I train six days out of seven, from 7am to 9pm. There’s no magic secret at this level, especially for a middle distance swimmer like me. I do a lot of endurance training, around 17km a day on average and I spend most of my free time resting. I’m also careful about what I eat and don’t smoke or drink… my one weakness is sweets! | ||||||||||||||||
