


Barbecueing is an excellent way of diet cooking.

Herbs and spices are essential for bringing out the flavours of the ingredients you use. Try perfuming the coals as well, using pine cones, cedar chippings, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, fennel or cinnamon.
