i have a dog and its only way to burn off calories,i take my dog out twice a day,1and half hr in morn and evening,total 3hours and i lost 6lbs in 4weeks and still eating normal foods with wines daily..if you have no dog so you filled with water into plasitc bottles 6pints in backpack walk to common and you will burn off like i did and its worked all over your body so stiff and my bums painful!.worth try.
