Hi cookiemonster! I haven't tried mung beans and have no idea where to find them, but quinoa is good stuff - tastes like couscous, but fresher. x

Is it actually easy to get hold of mung beans and all the stuff in the books? That would put me off a little as I'm d**ting on a budget.

I havent tried her diet but i do eat a lot of vegetables,fruits,grains,pulses,lean meat,pasta etc.i would love to be 71/2 stone again. i have lost weight 1 used to be 18 stone and now i weigh 12 stone, but recently due to worry abiut my husband i have put some weight on, in which its making me tired and a bit ratty on the edges,which is usually not like that, i am a happy person with a sooftie attitude and no temper.
