Choosing a class

Choose the right class for your level
If you’re a beginner, you’re not going to learn faster by going to an intermediate class; in fact, you’ll go far slower if you don’t learn the basics first. Don’t forget, it’s all about gradual progress!

Find a good instructor
The other important thing to keep in mind when choosing your class is the instructor – you have to get on well! It’s vital that you’re on the same wavelength as your instructor and that you both know what you want to achieve from you lessons. As Daniella says, "without a good understanding between you and your instructor, you’ll not make much progress.”
