GENTLE

Your goal: to lose weight gradually.

The rule : You can only eat with your fork in the evening, but you can use a knife to prepare your food.

What's off the menu:
Anything you eat with your fingers, spoon or knife (same as the ‘Off the menu’ list for the Strict diet)

What's on the menu:
In addition to the ‘On the menu’ list for the Strict Forking diet, you’re allowed salad, white meat cut into small pieces, shelled seafood, eggs (scrambled, poached, added to your meal or in an omelette), and any ready-prepared meals using foods from this list.
