Most women put on weight when they have children.  Hormonal changes and the mistaken belief that you should eat for two while pregnant are the main causes, meaning that women store up more fat, put weight onto the hips, thighs and bottom and find themselves left with weight which can be hard to shift after the birth.  Whether you're expecting a new arrival or have just given birth, this advice is for you.
