Don't do too much at once

No more punishing two-hour exercise sessions! You might feel fab at the end of two hours in the gym, but it's not good to exercise too hard or too long during your pregnancy. Split your exercise time up: go for 2-3 20 minute sessions of exercise a week rather than an hour a week.
