 - Pregnancy, sex, risk of premature birth, premature baby
Is there a risk of having a premature baby if I have sex throughout my pregnancy?
No. Doctors have thoroughly researched this and will tell you that a woman in good health runs no risk of giving birth prematurely by having sex. However, if you have certain health problems your doctor might advise you against having sex throughout your pregnancy, for example if you have had any vaginal bleeding, your placenta has been found to be low lying or if you have had any premature labour scares.
