You and your partner will each experience certain fears which have to be accepted, respected and talked through. It's up to each of you to reassure each other.  

Mums-to-be will experience all sorts of fears about pregnancy and sex, whereas future dads, who have to live out their partner's pregnancy in their head rather than in their bodies, often struggle to understand their partners' fears...and their own.
