Young mums with weak bladders are particularly susceptible to pelvic floor weakness and can benefit from exercises.

A post-natal visit will probably show if your pelvic floor muscles aren't well toned.

In this case, 10 to 15 sessions of pelvic floor exercise therapy with a professional (physiotherapist or midwife trained in this type of therapy) will be necessary.
