The role of the father after birth

Instead of just helping you, Dad needs to get fully involved and help separate you from your baby sometimes.

Let him to look after baby himself (changing nappies, baths, feeds, etc.). Suggest you spend time alone together: leave your baby with someone you trust and have a night out. Even though the first few times might be difficult, it will be worth it. After all, your baby isn't your only source of love!
