Feeding tube

Feeding tube

A very fine tube is inserted through the nose to feed the baby (he/she can also take extracted breast milk this way).

The medical team also monitor the baby’s glycaemia levels daily by taking a drop of blood from a pin-prick in the baby’s heel.
